Having trouble placing an order?
First, close your browser, reopen it, and try again. You may also need to delete cookies: a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to recognize you the next time you visit. We recommend logging in before deleting cookies; otherwise, items in your cart or saved list may disappear. In most internet browsers, you can delete cookies using Tools or History. We also recommend using one of the browsers fully supported by the website, including IE, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If issues persist, contact us with as many details as possible about the problem, including: Which web browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.). What you have tried so far to resolve it.
How to place an order on Corso Vinci?
Shopping on Corso Vinci couldn't be easier; follow all our steps to complete your purchase:
Add items to your cart
After choosing what to buy, select the items and click the Add to Cart button.
View your cart Hover over the Cart icon in the top right to check that the selected items are indeed in your cart.
Proceed to checkout
To complete the order, click Buy Now to access the checkout page. At this point, you will be asked to log into your account or create one (if you are a new customer).
Check the items
On the confirmation screen, you will find an order summary with a list of selected items. You can verify that everything is correct, change your mind, or add something you forgot by clicking Edit. In this section, you can also enter discount codes.
Select the address
You will be asked to select the shipping address you prefer for your order. You will then find all available shipping options in the Shipping Options section. Ensure careful selection, as the address and shipping method cannot be changed later.
Choose the payment method Select your preferred payment method from the available options. To further protect our customers when making online credit card payments, you may encounter 3D Secure security measures at checkout for added security. Depending on your bank or financial institution, you may be required to enter a password or a security code received via SMS or email.
Finalize the purchase
Once you have chosen your preferred payment method, simply click Submit Order.
Await your order
Your order is complete! A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered on your Corso Vinci account, containing your order number. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
How is my purchase packaged?
We carefully package your purchase in a neutral box. From the outside, the shipment's value will not be evident. We recommend being present at the time of delivery to receive the package personally.
How can I get a gift card?
Looking for a way to surprise someone with a special gift? A gift card is the perfect solution! Getting one is simple and fast. Here's how it works:
1. Contact us and choose the amount: Decide the gift card value based on your needs. We offer various options to fit every occasion and budget.
2. Make the payment and receive the gift card code: Complete the transfer for the chosen amount. We will send you an email with a unique code that can be used once on our website at checkout.
3. Gift the card: Share the gift card code with the recipient. They can use it to purchase any product on our site, choosing freely what they prefer!
The gift card is valid for 12 months and is perfect for those who want to give the recipient freedom of choice.
How is my order shipped?
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1–5 business days after the payment has been confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are usually processed on the next business day. If you place an order after 11:00 AM on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link.
From the moment the watch leaves our main warehouse and is handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. For shipments outside the EU, delivery may take longer. We will notify you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched and provide you with all tracking details.
If more than three business days have passed and you have not received your tracking information, please contact us at info@corsovinci.com to ensure your order is on its way. We also recommend checking your spam folder in case the email was filtered incorrectly.
Note: For pre-order purchases, shipping times may vary and are specified on the respective pre-order product page.
Do I have to pay international taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any customs fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that Corso Vinci is required to declare the full retail value of the watch or items in the shipment. We cannot understate shipping values.
Delivery costs and services
We understand the importance of receiving your purchase on time by the expected date, especially if it is intended for a special occasion. For this reason, we offer several shipping services:

Standard, 3–5 business days – Free over €100
Standard, 3–5 business days – €4.95 under €100
Express, 1–2 business days – €6.95
For shipments within Europe
Economy, 4–5 business days – €9.95
Express, 2–3 business days – €19.95
For shipments to the rest of the world
Economy, 4–7 business days – €19.95
Express, 2–3 business days – €29.95
All orders are shipped using a trackable delivery service, thanks to our agreements with courier companies. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Delivery service updates
All relevant information regarding the delivery of your order will be displayed on the tracking page provided by the courier. Follow the link received in the shipping confirmation email to view all available updates.
If the link does not work, you can track your order by entering the tracking code directly on the courier’s official website.
If no tracking information appears, please allow up to three business days for the delivery date to become visible. Always check the tracking link for any delivery attempts or courier issues.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Corso Vinci guarantees secure payments and encrypted connections during the transmission of credit card data.
We offer the following payment methods:

What happens if my payment is declined?
If you were unable to complete your order because your payment was declined, we cannot restore the order and you will need to place a new one. To avoid this happening again, please follow these recommendations:
- Verify your card details (expiry date, billing address, etc.).
- Ensure that you have entered the security code correctly (the three-digit number on the back of your card).
- Check again that all information is correct.
- Contact your card issuer for more information on why the payment was declined.
- Try using a different card or payment method.
If none of these suggestions solve the issue, please contact our Customer Support, providing as many details as possible.
How to use a promotional code
In the checkout section you will find a dedicated box where you can paste your promotional code.
Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided, without extra spaces.
After entering the code, remember to click “Apply Code”.
When reviewing your shopping cart, the discount amount will be deducted and the total price updated.
Your promotional code is not working? Possible reasons:

Only one promotional code can be used per order (including free-shipping codes).

Some promotional codes are valid only for specific customers.

If you received the code by email from Corso Vinci, it may be linked to that specific email address. In that case, you must apply it using the corresponding account.
Our return policy
We strive to describe and display each product as accurately as possible. However, we understand that sometimes the item you receive may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return period for any purchase from our official online store.
How can I return an item?
To be eligible for return, items must never have been worn and must be in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with:

the original box

the instruction booklet

the warranty card

all included accessories
Once the item is received, we will perform an inspection to verify that everything is present and in its original condition for refund approval.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email once the refund has been issued.
Most refunds are processed on the same day the items are received, but please allow up to 21 days for the money to reach your account, depending on bank processing times.

Note: Any attempt to change a strap or bracelet may cause accidental damage to the watch case or strap, making the item ineligible for return.
Refund methods
For returned items, it may take up to 21 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account. The process includes:

Up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account
If the refund has not been processed within 21 business days, send us the tracking number of the returned parcel so we can investigate.
Note: Refunds do not include shipping costs, except in specific situations such as:

Registration
To make a purchase, you must create a personal account.
If you already have a Corso Vinci account, click Login and enter your email address and password.
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions in the email you will receive.
If you are a new customer, click Create Account, enter your details (name, surname, email address) and choose a password.
To complete the registration, click Create, then enter additional necessary information such as your address and phone number.
Technical issues with your account
If you receive a message stating that your email/password is invalid:

Ensure you are using the correct email and password used during registration.

Check whether Caps Lock is on and whether any special characters have been entered incorrectly.

If you cannot remember your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
