All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. During this time, our team checks item availability, carefully prepares the package, and arranges shipping.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day. Purchases placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipment has been dispatched.

• Italy: 1-5 business days
• Europe: 2-5 working days
• Non-EU countries: variable depending on customs, generally 2-7 working days
