Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the payment confirmation. During this stage, our team checks product availability, carefully prepares the package, and arranges the shipment.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be handled on the next business day. Purchases made after 11:00 AM on Friday will be processed starting from the following Monday.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped.

• Italy: 1-5 business days
• Europe: 2-5 business days
• Non-EU countries: subject to customs, usually 2-7 business days

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes applied by the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to local regulations.
